• Information collection below is required to help reduce delays in your device being repaired.
• ALARY is running a curb side pickup / drop-off service during this time.
• Unless your repair is for warranty service there is a minimum service diagnostic fee of $ 50 even if no work is performed or if you decline warranty service.
• We are not running same day service on any device at this time.
• Find my device is required to be turned off by Apple for any device that we service. This can be done in iCloud settings.
• Backing up your device is strongly recommended before you arrive for service.
• If your device is not collected from us after thirty (30) days after the invoice date, after all attempts to contact you failed, the device and any peripherals are considered abandoned and become the property of Alary Technologies.
• We take protecting your personal data very seriously and adhere strictly with data protection practices, do NOT share your password with us in any email transaction, Alary Technologies is not liable for damage caused by or as a result of using our services unless the actions of Alary Technologies were deliberate.
