Q: What are the prerequisites for using ADE?
A: The company needs to have Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager, a Mobile Device Management Solution like JAMF, and their devices need to be purchased from an Apple Authorized Reseller (or directly from Apple). If you don’t have ABM or MDM set up, we can help you get ready, and as an Apple Authorized Reseller we can also supply the devices.
Q: Does it include all Apple OS devices?
A: ADE supports most of Apple’s devices including iPhones, iPads, Macs, and Apple TVs.
Q: What is the recommended authentication method?
A: For companies, we recommend using an integrated company directory service (Like Active Directory) with a Mobile Device Management solution, as well as using a Multifactor Authentication solution.
