Our repair centre is OPEN again by appointment only!
These are updates we’ve made to our office to include a safe area for customers to drop off their items while staying safe and continuing to social distance.
Please note that there is a minimum fee of $50 that applies to all repairs not covered under Apple warranty.
How it works:
• To book an appointment with us please go to https://alarytech.ca/booking/,
• If you already have an open repair or an appointment please call us 1-855-800-4817 and select option 2,
• Once an appointment is booked, we will contact you to do basic troubleshooting and to confirm the information on the appointment.
• You bring the your device to our location where you will see the glass door with a slot, you will ring the doorbell, and our tech will confirm your appointment and ask you to push your device through the slot.
• Our tech will then proceed to disinfect the device in preparation for the repair, and then start the diagnostics and contact you with results.
• When the repair is complete you will receive an electronic invoice (if the repair is not covered by warranty) with a link to a secure payment site where you can pay the invoice, once it is payed you can come and pickup the device from the same location.
